Our Founder Leanne Binsell started XVA after experiencing the benefits of having fully-trained virtual assistants who didn’t need to be present in the office to assist her with the many day-to-day activities. She wanted to maintain her successful business but desired more time to spend with her family and friends. After she saw the benefits and how her life changed for the better with a virtual assistant, she knew she had to provide the same opportunity to other business professionals around the world so that they to could profit from having such an crucial growth asset on their team. Having initially joined as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant/Transaction Coordinator in 2012, Meljay's deep understanding of the industry led her to co-found the company with Leanne in 2018.
