Our Founder Leanne Binsell started XVA after experiencing the benefits of having fully-trained virtual assistants who didn’t need to be present in the office to assist her with the many day-to-day activities. She wanted to maintain her successful business but desired more time to spend with her family and friends. After she saw the benefits and how her life changed for the better with a virtual assistant, she knew she had to provide the same opportunity to other business professionals around the world so that they to could profit from having such an crucial growth asset on their team. That’s how XVA started.

Meljay Celis-Jadulos is an exceptional individual who holds the esteemed position of Senior Partner and General Manager at our company. With her dynamic leadership, she oversees all operational aspects and spearheads our comprehensive training program. Meljay is not only a trusted partner but also a driving force behind our success.

Her remarkable journey within the company is a testament to her unparalleled dedication, hard work, and expertise in the business. Having initially joined as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant/Transaction Coordinator in 2012, Meljay's deep understanding of the industry led her to co-found the company with Leanne in 2018. Throughout her tenure, she has continuously expanded her knowledge and skills, keeping pace with the demanding and ever-evolving real estate landscape.
